We show how the price the customer pays compares to what other people pay - for the same service or package from the same company. If they check and see they are getting a good deal compared to others then they can continue using that service confident that they aren't getting ripped off. But if they see that they are being overcharged, then we can help - in two different ways:
- If the provider is a partner of ours, we will work with them to offer the customer a fairer price for staying with them, rather than switching away.
- Alternatively, if we can't help get a fairer price from the existing provider, we help the customer switch to get a fairer price elsewhere.
