The affiliate that increases its sales by the highest percentage month on month, between Monday 3rd August and Sunday 13rd September, will win a £100 Buyagift.com voucher. Buyagift.com provide a huge range of experiences and days out that are suitable for both children and adults. The two runners-up will also each win a Back to School stationery set.

Incentive Terms and Conditions
- There is a £100 Buyagift.com voucher first prize and two stationery set runner-up prizes available for this incentive. This incentive is being run by Cartridge People with Buy a Gift supplying the voucher and Cartridge People supplying the two stationery sets. The quality and fulfilment of the voucher is the responsibility of Buyagift.com and Cartridge People cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction or for the organisation and/or booking of the prize. Any complaints and/or general queries relating to the prize should be directed to Buyagift.com
- The first prize winner will be the affiliate that increases its sales by the highest percentage, month on month, between Monday 3rd August and Sunday 13th September. The two runners up will be the affiliates that increases their sales by the second and third highest percentage, month on month, between Monday 3rd August and Sunday 13th September.
- The winner and runners up will be notified via email and will be asked to provide a postal address that the vouchers or sets can be sent to. The first prize winner will have their details sent to Buy a Gift who will despatch the vouchers to them directly. Upon receiving the voucher, the winner will need to follow the instructions included in the pack in order to redeem it.
- This promotion is only open to affiliates of Cartridge People Group Ltd. This promotion is being run by Cartridge People Limited of Ingouville House, Ingouville Place, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 4DE.
- Cartridge People Group Ltd reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
- The incentive will run from 03/08/15 until 13/09/15 inclusive. Cartridge People Group Ltd reserves the right to amend the incentive end date at any time without prior notification.
- Cartridge People Group Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any individual included or not able to be included in the incentive.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Jersey.
