Happy New Year!

Thank you for your continued support in 2013.  We have some exciting things happening in 2014 including a new desktop site and improving the customer journey on our new mobile site.  At present we are running the desktop and mobile site on different platforms, which means certain pages will deliver a 404 error message to the customer. During this period we would like you to refrain from adding content yourself to ensure the customer has the best user experience.

 

Consequently we will require you to make some changes and remove all the current content on and replace with the list provided. A full list can be found below. Once you have changed the links you should see a better conversion rate for mobile transactions.  Please can you ensure that this is completed by 10th January 2014.
