Dear Affiliates,
Wickes are currently operating a contactless Click and Collect service for their customers which is in operation outside of their stores. The collection times are a little longer at the moment due to customer demand.
With that in mind, can we ensure we're removing any reference of lead times in Click & Collect messaging to ensure customers are not being mis-lead. If advertising Click & Collect messaging, please ensure it just says "Free Click & Collect".
