Christmas Delivery Information
Standard Product Delivery
The following information relates to online orders for standard (non Big & Bulky) products:
The last order time & date for delivery before Christmas is 6pm on Thursday 22nd December 2011.
These orders will be delivered on Friday 23rd December 2011.
There will be no deliveries between Saturday 24th December 2011 and Tuesday 3rd January 2012.
Orders placed between 6pm Thursday 22nd December 2011 and 6pm Tuesday 3rd January 2012 will be delivered on Wednesday 4th January 2012, when normal service resumes.
Saturday deliveries will be available until Saturday 17th December 2011, and resume Saturday 7th January 2012.
Big & Bulky and Supplier Delivered Products
Big & Bulky deliveries may take longer than usual over the festive period. Big & Bulky next-day deliveries come from Wickes stores and are subject to availability - you will receive a call from the store on the day of your delivery to confirm the delivery details.
If you have ordered a Big & Bulky 7-day delivery item, you will be called within one working day of your order being placed to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Supplier Delivered products will take longer than the usual working days stated over the festive period; please contact the Customer Services team if you need more information.
