Weight Watchers is talking about Options in 2015

We have exciting news to share with you! Weight Watchers is bringing new approaches to its weight loss plan. We have created a range of different approaches that allow you to eat the way you like with Weight Watchers.

Say you don’t do gluten, we have an approach that doesn't do gluten. And if you do protein, we’ll do you an approach that’s higher in protein and lower in cars.

You can now eat what you like, the way you like and still lose weight. Do you have dietary requirements? We have the solution:

Option 1: Filling & Healthy
Delicious, healthy and satisfying choices for those who feel hungry all the time.

Option 2: Gluten Free
If gluten is a no-no, we can cater for that, with ideas that cut out those cant’s.

Option 3: Higher Carb
Properly into your pasta? Blinded by your love for bread? This one is for you.

An approach full of fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and the right amount of healthier olive oil

Option 5: Lower Carb
Create an approach that’s lower in carbs and higher in protein for a lighter way to healthy weight loss
