With Waterstones always becoming an ever popular and growing book store in the online and physical world, there are always lots of changes that come about. We just wanted to let you know about the most recent one which is the changes to the programs commission rates. From now on, the rates will be as follows:

4% New Customer
1% Existing Customer
1% Signed & Exclusive Editions
