Telephone numbers
We understand there is some leakage on the site but wanted to make you aware this is an affiliate specific telephone number that is dynamically served when a customer is referred from an affiliate website. Currently we are unable to track by affiliate name but we would like to monitor telephone conversions to see how often this occurs whilst a call tracking solution is developed. We did not want to remove phone numbers entirely as we are finding customers are calling to ask questions about a specific product but continuing to purchase online. Neither did we want to delay launch during the January sale period. We will be transparent with phone data upon request and we apologise for any inconvenience.
