Convenient Apple repairs

One of the main concerns from iPhone users is that they want to be sure that any repairs carried out won't affect their Apple warranty, and that original parts will be used. To reassure those who insure with Tinhat, we're giving our customers the option of taking their damaged phone to their local Apple store to be repaired once their claim is approved.

No-claims discount

While common in other insurance verticals, no-claims discounts are rare in mobile phone insurance, and Tinhat are one of only two providers to be offering one. If a customer doesn;t make a claim in the first year of their policy then their excess fee will be reduced by 25% of the original excess fee. This means that after 4 years of no claims, no excess fee will apply to the next claim they make.
