The White Company - Datafeed now available!

I hope you’re well and looking forward to the weekend! I’m pleased to inform you that The White Company’s affiliate programme now has a live datafeed which you can access in your Darwin account. We apologise for any inconvenience the delay in getting this live has caused you.

The Create-a-feed tool is designed to make product feed creation easy and user friendly. It can be found in the links and tools section of your account. Be aware that if you haven’t used it before it may take some time to load as we will be retrieving an api for your use.

To create the feed:

Firstly, click on “select advertisers” and select The White Company. It will show you how many products are available on the feed. If you want specific categories, you can acquire these by repeating the same process but with the different sections. Each time you filter it, the total amount of products in the feed will decrease.

Finally, once you are happy with the feed you can then download it by simply clicking on the next button in the top right hand corner and proceeding to click on the download datafeed button at the bottom of the page. This will then create the feed.

Product feeds can be very beneficial in increasing your conversion rates by offering your users more than just a generic advert or an uninformative text link. It allows you the option of giving your users the most up to date information about the products that you have on your site. Also it can allow you to create more of product comparison tool rather than just listing products on your page ultimately improving your user’s experience.
