Classic and gorgeous throughout the year. Our Red Rose stem is a great way to introduce a bit of drama to every arrangement. From smaller style statements to spectacular centrepieces, our silk stems can simple by dropped in a vase or gathered together to create exquisite arrangements.
Agapanthus originated in southern Africa and most varieties reflect the clear sunny skies of the region. Indeed many people think of agapanthus flowers in varying shades of blue - which makes 'Snowy Owl' (as this particular white variety is called) something of a rarity. Gracefully suspended on an elegant, slender stem, the cluster of trumpet-shaped flowers have a delicacy and purity that is enchantingly attractive. Casually bunched together in a tall, slim vase, or added in twos or threes to a mixed summer arrangement, they look simply stunning.
Cute, clever and insatiably curious, the red squirrel (our native variety) is making a come-back in various parts of the country. And Cyril here is leading the way. Covered with dried natural grasses, he's ideal for adding a whimsical touch to a whole host of displays and arrangements.
Our Bonsai in Porcelain makes an enchanting and intriguing addition to any room. Place it on a sideboard, coffee table or in a bay window - because wherever it's displayed (in its genuine Porcelain planter) our Bonsai is sure to be the centre of attention.
Creamy white, classically beautiful... this is an arrangement that's so right in so many situations. Place it in the hall to give visitors an elegant welcome, or on a sideboard, coffee table or bookshelf. And if you're looking for a special gift for a special person, look no further. In fact our alabaster rose arrangement is so versatile and popular, you might want to ask yourself: will just one be enough?
Exotic, exciting - our new jewel vanda orchid is every inch a diva. Confident, self-assured, she's equally at home appearing solo or accompanied by a supporting act. All she asks is a stage to perform on.
They look like real beeswax candles. They even feel like real beeswax candles - thanks to a special wax coating on the outside. But they don't smoke, don't smell and don't constitute a fire risk. Amazingly realistic with their flickering dancing 'flames', these forest-green LED candles bring a fabulous touch of drama to your festive decorations. No mains sockets required, they're battery-powered for place-them-anywhere convenience.
Autumn is such a brief season - yet one that has a whole range of special delights. There are all those wonderful autumnal smells for instance. Wood smoke on the breeze, the astringency of pine and fir trees and that distinctive earthy, Camembert-like scent of the forest floor. And the colours of the season are mellow, mature, confident: old gold, copper, bronze; crimson, honey and barley sugar. Warm, friendly, familiar - these are the shades we've captured in our autumn berry spray. Ripe and resplendent for a perfect seasonal touch on a book case, an occasional table or even as a centre on the mantelpiece. Complementing both traditional and contemporary styles of decor, our autumn berry spray celebrates the season in style.
Appearances can be deceptive...things aren't always what they seem. For instance, trompe l'oeil is a painter's technique that uses perspective to give a picture the illusion of being three dimensional. In a similar vein faux bois is the craft of making stone, resin or metal objects appear to be made of driftwood, dead wood and fallen branches. It requires a great deal of patience, skill and experience - plus a steady hand and an exacting eye for detail. Our faux bois bowl is an excellent example of this clever illusion. Rugged and rustic, it provides the perfect setting for fruit, small flowers, ferns and potpourri. Beautifully complementing distressed pine or polished wooden surfaces, it's completely at home whatever your style of decor. Flowers made of silk and wooden bowls made of resin - sometimes you just can't believe your eyes!
