HOW TO ENTER
Entries can only be made online via the Competition at www.weirdfish.co.uk/bathcomp
To enter the competition you must enter a valid email address plus full name. You must complete all information fields.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens at 09:00am on 1st February 2015 and closes at midnight on 28th February 2015
Entries received before or after the stated dates will be included into Weird Fish’s database, but will not be entered into the prize draw.
PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of one (1) night stay in MacDonald Bath Spa Hotel for two (2) persons. One (1) meal for two (2) persons at Graze, Bath, up to the value of seventy five pounds (£75) One (1) case of Bath Ales Gem. One (1) £200 worth of Weird Fish clothing, to be collected from the Weird Fish store in Bath.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
The weekend must be taken on in accordance MacDonald Bath Spa Hotel and Graze, Bath, availability and conditions. All aspects of the prize must be redeemed in one trip.
The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically detailed in the prize including but not limited any other travel, meals, drinks, and other expenses. When issued, the accommodation cannot be re-issued or changed in any way. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The prize must be redeemed within two (2) weeks of being notified by the promoter.
Any costs incurred over and above the basic prize are at the personal cost of the winner.
Any extra costs incurred on the accommodation and resturant are to be settled on departure.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.
The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.
SELECTION OF WINNER
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries no later than 15th February 2015.
If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Weird Fish reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to Weird Competitions at the stated address.
