Firstly we'd like to thank you for your continued support over the last few weeks while the commission was lowered. This is much appreciated as Watertones navigate the uncertainty around the high street stores opening.

Commission levels are now set back at 4% as default but we are looking to set a new rate live for new (4%) and existing (1%). This is planned to go live next week but we'll keep you posted.
