- All Merlin Annual Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rides and attractions are subject to availability. Terms and Conditions apply
- Once purchased you have 6 months to collect your pass. Before collecting please check the attraction operating calendar. If a passholder's photo is not provided when purchasing online, the pass holder must be present at the time of pass collection. The cardholder must be present when you collect your Annual Pass.
- The Standard Merlin Annual Pass has some restriction dates and is subject to operating calendars.
