Commissions

We aim to pay out on all commission payments within 14 days, usually it will be quicker.

We pay commissions on qualified leads at the following rates:

Personal Injury

• Road Traffic Accident Injury (RTA) - £60
• Medical Negligence (Clinical Negligence) - £50
• Accident at Work (Employers Liability) - £75
• Other Personal Injury - £45

How we pay

All call and contact form enquiries will be tracked and reported via the Awin interface.

All qualified enquiries will be validated by First4Lawyers within 14 days. We will attempt to validate all enquiries as soon as possible and in many cases this may be before the max 14 day period.

What is an enquiry?

Any potential customer that visits our website or fills out our iframe enquire form and enquires about one of our services either via the contact form or through our call centre.

What is a qualified enquiry?

We often get form submissions from people asking us about non-relevant queries which will be filtered out.

An enquiry becomes qualified if:

1. We are able to make contact with the customer from the details provided.
2. The potential customer has a valid conversation with one of our advisers about their legal needs and it is a service we offer (listed above).

First4Lawyers has the right to decline commissions on any enquiries that don’t reach the status of qualified enquiry.

Affiliates will receive £35.00 commission per unique and validated call back request. Unique leads are those that have not contacted Chalon within the last --- months, and validated means all of the customer details are correct and the customer is contactable and expected a call.

 

A Chalon consultant will then be in touch with the customer to further discuss their requirements.
