Dear All,
We are always looking for new ways to attract guests to Crieff Hydro and with so many amazing activities on-site, we have set up an adults Horse Riding Holiday package that will run over the winter months to include a four night stay on a BB basis as well as a range of riding tuition and stable management.

Adult Horse Riding Holidays – accommodation sale brief
Riding holidays available Nov-March excluding the festive period and School holidays.
· Package price from £195 per room, per night based on two adults sharing standard double accommodation.
· Four nights arriving on a Monday with three days of horse riding and stables management. Total stay from £780.
· B&B package including packed including packed lunch (soup and sandwich) in the Hub over the three days of riding tuition as well as refreshments during the course
Improve your riding skills with a midweek riding holiday at Crieff Hydro. A maximum of 12 are booked on each riding holiday to enable us to tailor the riding to your ability. These horse riding holidays are for riders over 18 years of age. When you not riding you can take advantage of the onsite leisure facilities including gym, swimming pool and cinema. There are five dining options to choose from with dinner included in your package.
Our riding holidays are aimed at total beginners to intermediate riders. The course covers the basic skills of horse riding and general horse care & safety. You can also learn new skills including tack fitting, show preparation or introduction to schooling aids and techniques. You can even try a new riding discipline such as jumping, dressage or hacking.
Novice to intermediate riders in addition to covering the above course will be taught at their own level, please advise us of any areas you would like to improve.

Monday Arrival
Check in from 2pm, dine in a choice of restaurants (should provide some form of welcome pack).
Tuesday
Breakfast from 7.30-10.00
10.00 Meet the team (and your horse) followed by advanced stable management (tailored to your requirements) .
12.00 Packed Lunch
13.00 Afternoon yard work and feeding
14.30 Rider orientation (ability and goals) followed by group lesson
16.00 End of day stable management
Wednesday
Breakfast from 7.30-10.00
10.00 Advanced stable management (tailored to your requirements)
11.45 Woodland hack around 900 acre estate
13.00 Packed Lunch
14.00 Grooming and preparation
14.30 Master class in riding techniques
15.30 Recap and end of day stable management
Thursday
Breakfast from 7.30-10.00
10.00 Grooming and preparation
10.30 Lunge lesson and technique or woodland hack, you decide
11.30 Equine clinic with guests speaker
13.00 Packed Lunch
14.00 Grooming and preparation
14.30 Competency test. Showcase all you have learned as we put you through your paces, this could be a dressage test or a show jumping course for more experienced riders.
Friday Departure
Breakfast from 7.30-10.00. Leave at your leisure after breakfast.
