PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A purchase is required to be entered into the prize draw. 2. Draw closes at 12 PM BST on 7th December 2014. 3. Open to residents of the UK, aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of The East India Company Fine Foods Ltd or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. 4. Please make sure to drink responsibly and do not supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. 5. Acceptance of these terms and our standard terms and conditions is a condition of entry and must be accepted when you place your order. 6. One winner and 10 runners up will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party on 8th December 2014. 7. Only one entry will be accepted per household and per email address. 8. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void. 9. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries. 10. The prize winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the winner being drawn. 11. The hamper will be dispatched within fifteen days of the close of competition from our Conduit Street store. 12. All efforts will be made to ensure the hamper is delivered before 25th December 2014, however the Promoter cannot take responsibility for circumstances outside of its control that may lead to delays in delivery. 13. The hamper will be delivered to addresses in the UK only. Upon delivery, proof of age will be required in order to receive the delivery. 14.
