Welcome to our December newsletter
As we near the end of 2012, we’re pausing momentarily (very momentarily), and asking ourselves, “Where did that year go?”

I am in no doubt that you will be doing the same. The pace of the world and work seems to move faster each year and as 2012 draws to a close, I am encouraging our team at Crieff Hydro to reflect on their achievements and of course, to look for opportunities to learn and develop.

2012 has been a staggeringly busy year for our Conference and Events team and we’ve been delighted to provide the venue and event organisation for a huge variety of events, including the international Miss World and Tug of War Championships.
Our philosophy has always been ‘One family looking after another’, which is particularly apt when describing our approach to the organisation of events for the organisations we work with. We care enough to listen, listen enough to understand and understand enough to support you in delivering a truly exceptional event, however large or small.

Our goal is to offer you so much more than just a conference or meeting venue. We want to bring something a bit special and to build a partnership with your organisation, focussing on your requirements, expectations (and whims!).

As we enter the season of sequins, sparkle and sore heads and round off another fantastic year in our events calendar, all that remains is for me to wish you and your colleagues a wonderful festive season and a healthy and prosperous year.

Meet Jennifer

Conference team strengthened

by new appointment

We were delighted to make a new appointment in November, strengthening our dedicated Conference and Events Team.

Jennifer graduated with a BA (Hons) Hospitality in Event Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and started her career as a Cultural Representative at Epcot, Walt Disney World. She has worked in event sales for four years, both with the Hilton Group and most recently with West Park Conference Centre in Dundee. Jennifer also comes to us with a 4th Kup in Korean Kickboxing (yikes...).
