Our Ecommerce platform is moving to Hybris later on this week, which will be an all-round better experience for the customer, driving higher volume of orders from the same number of visits.
We have identified key improved areas of the customer proposition:
• Smoother customer journey across the site
• Gift cards; redemption now available online
• Mobile; newly optimised site
• Checkout; now easier to shop
We have also made tracking improvements for affiliates which include the following:
- Product level tracking
- New / existing customer tracking
The above will help us ensure that we are able to optimise the programme accordingly and maximise it to its full potential.
Whilst we know this will be ultimately fantastic, we want to ensure that publishers are equipped with all the necessary tools. All links from our current platform will be redirected to the new platform.
