£3 - £9.99 = £2.50 commission
£10 - £29.99 = £5 commission
£30+ = £6 commission

Repeat Commission (based on the order value of returning customers, per transaction)
£0.01 - £19.99 = 5% commission
£20 - £39.99 = 6% commission
£40+ = 7% commission
