Scottishpower: Removal of Connect Product

We hope that you are well.

ScottishPower will remove our Connect Product from our portfolio as from the 28th of February 2018.

Please ensure this is removed from your site and within any deeplinks you may currently have. 

Our Energy Services UK will be replacing the existing Connect Smart Thermostat with an exciting new and improved product in the coming months.

The existing Connect Smart Thermostat is being removed prior to launch of the new product to support a smooth transition to the new product and allow time for the introduction of a new supply chain for the future Smart Thermostat product. This will help drive the success and ensure we can provide a first class service to our customers.

Existing Connect Customers/New Connect Customers (prior to 1st March 2018)

Customers who have purchased Connect prior to the 1st March 2018 will have the product installed if they are still awaiting an installation

Customers who have the product currently installed will continue to receive the service and features within the ScottishPower’s “Your Energy” App until their contract is cancelled

Customers who wish to cancel should be directed to the dedicated line 0800 001 5136 where their request will be dealt with professionally

To help ensure the product features and the proposition meets our customer’s needs, we will be conducting a customer trial within the next few months.
