Preloved National Second Hand Day

24^th April 2016

National Second Hand day is a day for everyone to celebrate and enjoy the benefits of buying and selling their second hand wares! From sofas to campervans, to upcycling whatever you already have – National Second Hand Day is the time to buy buy buy, sell sell sell and thrift thrift thrift. Whether you’re upcycling a timeless piece from our Freeloved section or finding an entirely new use for an old cassette we want you to celebrate Second Hand in all of its incredible forms!

What will be happening?

The fourth ever National Second Hand Day promises to be even bigger and better than ever! As well as opening our doors on 24^th April with incredible half price offers on all Preloved memberships, we’ll also be:

Experiencing the delights of Second Hand with guest blogs from around the Preloved Community and Industry Experts
Encouraging you to get making and mending with how-to videos throughout April
Hosting a special twitter chat in honour of National Second Hand Day
Celebrating the joyous finds of our members across all of our social channels!

We need YOU!

To help spread the word and encourage people to believe that second hand isn’t second best we need your help!

In return for your help – whether that be writing a blog, hosting an exclusive voucher code or simply advertising the day on your site – we’ll be offering increased commission, as well as the opportunity to be featured on our website or social sites!

How it will work...

From 9am on 1st April to 9am 26th April 2016 we’ll be increasing commission for everyNew Member (from 30p to 40p) and for every New Advert(from 10p to 20p). On top of this, we’ll also be offering little treats to participants including free memberships and goodie bags!
