New pre-order service at The Entertainer!
Good morning affiliates,
We are very excited to announce that our website will now accept pre-orders. This new feature allows customers to pre-order toys online that will be dispatched in a few months.
How does pre-order work?
- To place a pre-order, customers need to add the pre-order toy to their basket by pressing the red ‘Pre-order now’ button.
- They can order other toys at the same time, but these will be reserved until the pre-order item is ready to be sent to them. All items will then be dispatched together.
- At the checkout customers should select ‘Home Delivery’.
- Customers will be asked to provide card payment details, but payment will not be taken until their order is dispatched.
- However they must make sure the payment card being used will still be valid at the time their order is due to be dispatched. Otherwise they may risk their pre-order being cancelled and stock no longer being reserved.
- They will receive an email when the item has been dispatched.
