£9 November terms and conditions

• Booking period: 1st-30th November
• Customers can travel between 4th November-11th December
• Only available Monday-Thursday (inclusive)
• Customers need to book 3 days in advance
• Fare is one-way and a booking fee may apply
• Tickets are non-amendable and non-refundable
• Available to purchase through all sales channels (on/offline) except commercial partners (those who don't use NX Agents) and driver sales
• Coachcard discounts apply as follows: Senior, Disabled and Young Person Coachcard holders receive 1/3 off with Coachcard (making it a £6 one-way fare) and children receive a 50% discount
• The offer can be withdrawn at any time
• Tickets are issued and all customers are carried subject to National Express' General Conditions of Carriage, available online and at all National Express outlets

Exclusions

• Not available for travel on Friday, Saturday or Sunday
• Open returns are not available on this promotion
• Excludes the following routes: Edinburgh-London, Glasgow-London, Darlington-London, Sunderland-London, Middlesborough-London, Newquay-London, Durham-London, Aberdeen-London, Edinburgh-Milton Keynes, Glasgow-Milton Keynes, journeys to/from an airport, and all Eurolines journeys
