My Train ticket: New Google Maps Info & Image

 

Dear partners,

On MyTrainTicket we have always shown you information about the calling points and duration of your journey but now, with the aid of Google Maps, we can show your journey plotted on a Map!

 

Whether you're travelling a long or short distance, it's useful to see which towns and cities you'll be passing through. Using Google Maps, we'll show you where you need to change trains, and where in the UK your journey will be taking you. Zoom in or out, view the journey on a standard or satellite map and move around to see what's in the local area.

 

 

Your users can just click 'info' next to their chosen train time on the 'train times and tickets' page, then 'show map'. They will see all journey details listed on the left, and the route plotted on the right.

 

Journey maps are available for any train journey on MyTrainTicket.
