Here at Miss Selfridge we’ve been going through some exciting changes following an extensive study into our customer – The Miss S Girl! We’ve also been working hard behind the scenes on the launch of our new site redesign, which features a brand new logo with a pink background in true Miss S style! Please ensure all logos on your websites are updated on Thursday 1st September 2016 in line with our site re-launch, and do let us know if you require any bespoke sizes.

Who Is Miss S? :

The Miss S girl is inherently feminine, glamorous, sexy, 20-something, sociable, considered and current.

Our customer fits into one of three customer profiles:

Our first customer is Victoria – our glamorous social butterfly. Her style is classy, sophisticated, elegant, smart and feminine. She loves looking hot, and is proud to be female. She likes to stand out from the crowd with wow statement pieces and is clued up on the current trends, which she always follows. Style orientated and always looks put-together – she’d never leave the house looking half-done!

Our second customer, Kate, is influenced by the fashion world but she’s an individual girl with quirky and edgier style choices. She likes to look relaxed and laid back, but when it’s time to dress up she’ll pick something individual whilst maintaining her own style. Picking out the statement piece with standout detailing, rather than the super on-trend item that everyone else will be choosing - she mixes high quality labels with cheaper items and is always confident in her style.

Thirdly there’s Michelle, who is our feminine follower. She’s not as fashion-forward as the other two girls, and although she’s almost always a casual dresser she still wants to look feminine and girly. She wears makeup every day and takes care of her skin, she considers how she looks - but standing out from the crowd isn’t important to her.

Embroidery has made its way from the catwalks to our collections, giving us edgy denim jackets, stand-out evening dresses, statement accessories and staple bohemian-style separates.


Our classic parka jackets will start hitting the shelves again, all crafted for warmth with signature faux fur trimmings, while knitwear is the key to nailing your layering game this season. Cold-shoulder, cut-outs and lattice backs give our jumpers a fashion twist.


The 90s Fashion trend continues to rule streetstyle - our Wild Child collection epitomises this, filled with sexy Kate Moss-style slip dresses, lace cami tops in silky fabrics, laid-back slogan tees and classic bomber jackets in statement prints.


Our glamorous, tailored workwear is designed to help you nail your 9-5; with chic Victoriana blouses, tailored black trousers, flattering blazers and court shoes - you’ll always be promotion-ready.
