It has been another great week here at Merlin Cycles! This week saw the incredible performance by Lizzie Armitstead to win the Silver Medal in the women’s road race! Well done Lizzie!! Even though there was a little disappointment with the men’s road race result the team were magnificent and did Great Britain proud. Wednesday’s Time Trial produced a tremendous result with Tour de France Champion Bradley Wiggins winning in great style and yet more medals on the track with Sir Chris Hoy and the team breaking the world record. It really is an exciting time for cycling!
