Save up to 25% on Loire Wines

The Loire is one of the most varied wine regions in France, producing wine that is light, delicate and refreshing.

We’ve handpicked four of our favourites for you to enjoy this summer; simply mix and match to create your own case of 12 and save up to 25%, or choose from our pre-mixed selection.

Champteloup Sauvignon Blanc

£6.59 was £8.79

An immensely popular, bright, crisp Sauvignon Blanc with depth, elegance and a full-flavoured grassy, lemony freshness. Touraine Sauvignon Blancs, when done as well as here, represent some of the best value examples from anywhere in the World. The lemony note would match well with salmon in a creamy sauce. Exclusive to Waitrose.

Les Nivieres Saumur

£6.79 was £8.49

A delicious fresh Cabernet Franc from the banks of the Loire made in close proximity to the fabulous and famous Châteaux de Saumur. A supple, berry-fruit laden, medium-bodied wine, which is perfect with cold meats or why not try it with the classic Loire Cabernet Franc food match of goat's cheeses. Exclusive to Waitrose.

Ayala Brut Majeur Champagne

£23.99 was £29.99

This fine Champagne is a careful blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. What do each grape variety contribute to the blend? Pinot Noir gives the wine its structure, richness and a long finish. The Chardonnay, from the finest soils of the Côte des Blancs, adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness, whilst the Pinot Meunier Pinot Meunier, mainly from the Marne Valley, gives the wine an appealing fruitiness and roundness.
