The adventure begins at River Lane in Petersham, where you will be greeted by one of the wonderful instructors, who will guide you through a briefing, before taking you on a delightful circular trip.

You'll learn about different types of Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs), water safety and the rules of the river, launching and landing, paddling stances, efficient forward paddling and turning.

Each heli sightseeing session will give around eight minutes touring the skies. As well as checking out all the sights to be seen, you will be swooping in low, hovering and soaring gracefully through the air in your heli - giving you ample opportunities to take some fabulous photos from an altitude of between 1000 an 1500ft.
