Increased Commission for 2013 Bookings!

Coast & Country Cottages are delighted to announce that 2013 holidays can now be booked and we would like to take this opportunity to offer you an increased commission of 5% for all 2013 bookings, booked before 30th November 2012. In return we would appreciate you featuring our banners on your websites to help promote 2013 holidays with Coast & Country Cottages.
We have also launched a new brochure, this is significantly lighter than in previous years and in a smaller ‘handbag’ size format, but still features Coast & Country Cottages’ full portfolio of over 425 self-catering cottages exclusively in the South Devon coast and countryside. With stunning photography, concise descriptions and a useful key features list for each property, the brochure is designed to supplement the highly successful website and enable customers to easily choose their holiday accommodation and book online.

Torrings Barn, a beautifully presented Grade II listed barn conversion in East Prawle. It is an ideal base for families or one/two couples looking for a cosy cottage within easy reach of this popular village, Piglet Stores and Café and the stunning South Devon coastline nearby.

Bay House, Sleeps 8

Bay House, a recently renovated four-storey town house within a short walk of Dartmouth’s boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries. The cleverly designed and tastefully furnished accommodation is probably best suited to family groups, discerning couples or two parties looking for a good sized holiday cottage close to the town and with quick access to local beaches and the South Devon coastline.

The quality of the properties available for 2013 is exceptional, with all new cottages in the portfolio achieving a minimum Four Star standard. In addition to the regular in-house property inspections, many properties have been assessed by VisitEngland, under its National Quality Scheme. Several have achieved Five Stars, with many gaining the coveted Gold status.
