Hello,
I am writing to let you know that after much deliberation and discussion with the client The Jewel Hut will not pay commission on orders that occur less than 2 minutes between the click and sale that do not involve a voucher code.
The situation will be reviewed ongoing and I am working on providing additional generic codes to assist customers in finding code related offers.
In line with the network notice period this will be effective from midnight on the 1st June 2019.
I fully realise the potential implications of this decision, however I can say that this currently affects c.12% of transactions based on historic data and I am happy to discuss ways of minimising this impact that you may have in addition to the provision of additional codes.
