IMPORTANT - Boden Affiliate Programme T&Cs

Dear affiliates,

We’ve recently become aware that there has been an increase in code promotion on affiliate sites that have not been communicated by us and taken from other channels. Our most recent examples are a 10% PPC channel discount code (A9D5), and a 20% cataologue offer (A2T5) that have been promoted across a number of sites, violating Boden’s affiliate programme terms and conditions. As a result, we will not be paying commission on any sales from these codes.

We are aware this may have been due to miscommunication, so in order to combat this in future we will be uploading all offers to Darwin’s Discount Voucher feed alongside sending out offers via newsletter.

Promoting any offers that are not on the feed and have not been previously communicated will therefore be breaking the terms and conditions of Boden’s affiliate programme agreement. Repeated violations will result in suspension of commission, and in severe cases, removal from the Boden programme.

Boden do have a free delivery and free returns offer onsite at the moment, which is free to promote - this is now also live on Boden’s Discount Voucher feed on Darwin.
