Iceland Important Update

Please see below an important update from the Iceland Online Team.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Iceland website (https://groceries.iceland.co.uk/) will now be migrated to the new platform on the evening of Wednesday 13th March 2019. This is to ensure that the website is fully ready for customers. The new website URL will be https://www.iceland.co.uk/

This means that the website will be down from 1800 Wednesday 13th March 2019, with development work and testing taking place until the site is back live from 0900 Thursday 14th March 2019. However, this means that if customers planned to shop online between these times they will need to choose an alternative date/time to shop. The website will be running as normal from Thursday 14th March 2019 and deliveries will not be impacted by the website migration. If a customer shopped before Wednesday 13th March 2019, their order will arrive as planned and will not be affected by the website migration.

We apologise for any further inconvenience caused. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or if you are unable to get your links back up by Thursday 14th March 2019.
