Program Boundaries
Hyatt will not reward on any bookings that have a travel agency IATA reference, corporate or government account code, or Gold Passport redemption code in the booking.
If a customer cancels their reservation or does not visit the hotel on the day of their intended stay, Hyatt will not award commission on the transaction.
Cashback and Loyalty Sites
Hyatt is working with a closed group of coupon, vouchercode and cashback sites at this moment.
Mobile Tracking
Publishers will be rewarded for traffic sent via tablets. At this point, we do not have tracking capability for traffic and purchases made on mobile handheld devices. Mobile device tracking is expected in early 2014. Once that capability is established, publishers will receive commission on purchases made via mobile handheld devices.
