House of Fraser service changes during 2DBE
• Buy & Collect customers who order online Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during 2DBE will need to order before 3pm if they want to collect their order in store the next day (normally 5pm)
• Standard delivery will move to 5-7 working days rather than 3-5

Datafeed

If you use the House of Fraser datafeed, please be aware of the key timings around the brand event. Please ensure that you manually refresh the datafeed at 5pm tomorrow in order for the correct prices to show on your website. You must also refresh the datafeed from 2am on Saturday morning so you don’t promote incorrect prices.
