Simply superb St. Émilion from the great 2010 vintage.  This is a very serious second wine which could really be a grand vin in it's own right.  Ripe fruit, as characteristic of the vintage, medium to full bodied with excellent concentration and purity.  Fine tannins which are grippy but correct and great length and complexity.  Pair with roast beef.
