For the month of September we are offering free returns on all orders (excluding Sale items),anywhere in the UK and the Channel Islands. Simply return the unwanted item within 30 days of the invoice date, unused and in its original condition. When using our freepost label, which will be included in your parcel, please allow 7 working days transit time for your return to reach us. Please also provide a completed form and details of the refund or exchange you require along with the reason why you are returning the item. We advise that you always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post.
