We need YOU to do all you can to sell this exciting property for us – it is available all year round and we hope that you will help us book it. As an added incentive we are offering 5% commission on all bookings at Oversteps House taken before 30th April 2014.

Originally constructed in 1901 this imposing three storey waterfront holiday property has been renovated to the very highest of standards, and is cleverly designed to be used either as a spacious and luxurious eight-bedroomed house, or as two delightful four-bedroomed apartments; Peninsula and Penthouse.
With incredible views over the beach and out to sea, Oversteps House is just 100 metres or so from beautiful, unspoilt Blue Flag awarded beach, South Sands and the Beachside Restaurant, the ideal location for enjoying expertly cooked local seafood. Enjoy sea kayaking or Stand up Paddleboarding, take the little South Sands ferry into picturesque Salcombe or spend the day making sandcastles with the kids! Or take a leisurely stroll into Salcombe via North Sands, stopping for refreshments en route at The Winking Prawn.
