The customer can check via an app or website whether there is a cheaper product in the market for them.
We will write to our customers between 42 to 49 days before the end of this tariff. They can choose from other available tariffs or change supplier, but if they haven’t done so by 30th April 2017, they’ll move onto our cheapest evergreen tariff.
Available to Dual Fuel, Electricity only and Gas only customers with Standard and Economy 7 meters.
Online Account Management
Customers providing an email address are encouraged to manage their accounts online at MyAccount. Messages will be sent to the email address they provide. Customers are always given the option to receive bills and messages by post.
