Dear Affiliates,

First of all we would like to thank all of you in the launch of our programme back in November 2014 and helping our affiliate channel see as much success as it has. As you know we only planned to launch with the 7% commission rate until February 14^th, but due to all your hard work we decided to extend it another month. So let me outline the new changes which will come into affect on the 17th March 2015:

1. Our base commission rate will remain as a flat rate but it will fall from 7% to 5%.

2. Any new affiliates who joins the programme between now and the 31^st March will receive a 7% commission rate running from 1^st April to 30^th April.

3. We will be adding a basket value commission rate where any orders driven over £40 (our basket size to qualify for free postage) will receive a boosted commission rate of 7%.

We will still continuously monitor affiliate performance and reward those who we know are working hard to drive commissions. This could be anywhere from exclusive commission rates to competition rewards.
