Hello everybody!

We just wanted to give you an update on the latest from BT Total broadband.  There are some big changes scheduled for BT.com in a few weeks’ time which will improve the customer journey – we’ll let you know about these when they have been tested.  There have already been some tweaks taking place on site to improve conversion.

Part of these changes affect the £13 Limited deal (£6.50 for 3 months) on the broadband packages page, which is occasionally ‘hidden’ from customers.  Please direct your customers to the following landing page where the deal is always static: (Please remember to replace "!!!id!!!" with your own personal id):  http://www.awin1.com/cread.php?awinmid=3041&awinaffid=!!!id!!!&clickref=&p=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.broadband.bt.com%2Fppc%2Faffiliates

That way you are not landing your audience on a ‘dead-end’. I’ll be keeping an eye on testing to find out if there are plans to ‘hide’ other products and I’ll let you know so that you can take necessary steps.

In other news, the number 1 seller continues to be Totally Unlimited Broadband with the Weekend Calling Plan (half price for a year, then £16/month).  Following this, there is very little between the £13 deal above and the £26 Unlimited BT Infinity plus Evening and Weekend Calls (£20 for first three months) – I hope this sales insight is useful for you.
