British Airways: Tracking Concerns

Dear British Airways Affiliate,

Unfortunately we are currently experiencing an issue with the tracking on the British Airways Affiliate Programme. This is an issue we have seen globally and ongoing since the 27th September - it appears to be exclusive to flight purchases; holiday products have not been impacted.

Please be assured that every effort is being made to resolve this situation and we hope to have a solution in place towards the middle of next week.

You will, of course, be compensated for your promotional efforts and we will be in touch with more details on this once the issue has been successfully resolved.
