British Airways: Picture Your Holiday - Try It Now!

It's now even easier to be inspired and create your ideal holiday with
British Airways new 'Picture Your Holiday' tool which launches Wednesday 17 July.

We wanted to develop a way to make choosing the ideal holiday fun, personal and time-saving for our customers. Knowing a growing 1 in 4 people find planning a holiday a time-consuming hassle, we wanted to create a tool that would really bring their holiday to life through creative imagery.

We know people love to use visionary material and rely more and more on apps and devices to influence their decisions and give them inspiration. We want to inspire customers to imagine what they want from their holiday and then discover it and 'Picture Your Holiday' will help enhance this experience.

Customers will be able to select various images, according to their preferences, based on life-style pictures which include: tropical beach shots, cultural cities, food and drink, sporting activities, spa treatments, night-life and family activities. They can select up to eight photographs that fit their wish list of wants for their holiday. Once they have completed their selection they will then get up to four suggestions on suitable destinations that will inspire them.

They will then be able to share, plan or research this destination further on This is a new way to make holiday planning simple from British Airways.

In 2010 British Airways and American Airlines, with Iberia, signed a historic agreement after receiving regulatory approval from the US and EU authorities, allowing them to co–operate on transatlantic flights.
