Increased Commission to minimum of 10% !

Increase for all publishers. Bluebella has increased commission to every single publisher. The default commission is now set to 10%. As we saw great increase in traffic and commission we have set default commission to 10% even for the new publishers. The 10% will be applied to all orders made on Bluebella site. The terms and conditions of Bluebella have been updated as well as profile description.
