1. These are the Terms and Conditions for the ‘First movie for £6.99 offer at blinkbox’ promotion (the “Promotion”) for new blinkbox customers
2. The Promotion starts at 9.00am on Tuesday 6th May, 2014 and ends at midnight on Sunday 11th May, 2014. The Promoter may extend the Promotion at its sole discretion, always acting reasonably.
3. The Promotion is only open to customers who are residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man and only to customers that are accessing the blinkbox service (the “Service”) at www.blinkbox.com (the “Website”) from within these areas. The Promotion is not available for customers accessing the Service via the Apple iPad app or Microsoft Xbox app.
4. To take part in the Promotion, users must be a new customer and sign up throughhttp://www.blinkbox.com/voucher-codes to receive their unique code. Users must select the movie they wish to purchase up to the value of £13.99 by selecting the ‘Buy’ or ‘Buy HD’ button. Input the unique voucher code in the ‘Voucher code’ section and select ‘Add this voucher’. The movie price for rental should reduce to £6.99 on entering the voucher code.
5. blinkbox credit cannot be used on the apps on the following devices: Apple iPad or Microsoft Xbox.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
7. Customers may only have one account and may only redeem the code once. Multiple accounts being created for the same customer or other attempt to circumvent these Terms and Conditions may result in the customer’s account being terminated at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
8. Customers must be registered and validated members of blinkbox to participate in this Promotion.
9. blinkbox reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
10. The voucher is not transferable and no cash or other alternative can be offered in exchange.
