Terms & Conditions Win Your Basket
These are the Terms & Conditions for the Clarks Win Your Basket competition, where you get the chance to win the contents of your shopping basket.
1. Organisation
The competition is organised by C & J Clark International Ltd., 40 High Street, Street, Somerset, BA16 OEQ, United Kingdom.
2. Participation
The Clarks │ Win Your Basket competition runs on www.clarks.co.uk . The competition starts on Friday 18th March 2016 and ends at 11:59pm on Wednesday 23rd March 2016. You will be automatically entered when you place an order on www.clarks.co.uk during this period – no further action needs to be taken by participants. By participating in the contest, you agree to the terms below.

Entry is permitted to all customers who have paid for an order online at www.clarks.co.uk. The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom of 18 years and older. Clarks employees, their families and /or partners are excluded from participation. The participant is responsible for providing the correct information. In the event of non-compliance with the eligibility rules or supplying inaccurate data, Clarks reserves the right to exclude the participant or participants from the competition.
3. Prize
In total, 6 prizes will be drawn (6x1 basket). The winners will have the cost of their order reimbursed up to £500. During the competition, we will draw one winner every day from all orders placed between 0:01 and 23:59 (GMT) that day. There will be 6 winners in total.
The prize consists of one or more items from www.clarks.co.uk ordered and paid for by the winner. The items can be exchanged, but only for items of the same value. We offer no cash alternative to the prize offered.
3.1 Notification
Winners will be informed by email after the prize draw and are invited to reply to this email within 8 days. Payment, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of the winners being notified. Refunds will be made via each winners’ original payment methods.
The winners will be notified within 14 days after the end of the competition. The winners agree to provide Clarks with their details within 8 days of being notified, if this is necessary for processing the refund of the purchase price.
If the winners are excluded from participation for legal or factual reasons, or if Clarks has not received a response from the participants within 8 days after informing them, a new winner will be drawn.
Clarks reserves the right to publish the first name, first letter of the name and place of residence of the winners online.

Clarks is not responsible for any problems or technical defects of online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, functioning of email or the participant not being able to take part due to technical problems or disruptions of Internet traffic.
5.
Clarks reserves the right to modify the competition and/or to withdraw the offer in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and to change the prize or replace it by a prize of an equal or greater value.
6.
Information is provided to Clarks and not to third parties. Participants’ details will not be used for further marketing purposes.
7.
The decision of Clarks is final.
