To qualify, you must have a current Etsy affiliate account in good standing and be a resident of the UK, France, Germany, Canada, the United States and Australia. All information you provide in Etsy’s Holiday Submission form must be complete, truthful, and accurate. All post(s) related to this Submission must comply with FTC requirements and local equivalent government entity requirements by (a) clear and conspicuous disclosing of the use of affiliate links, and (b) clear and conspicuous use of #ad or #sponsored if posted on social media. Submission must be in keeping with Etsy's image and not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Etsy in its sole discretion. Submission must not defame, or violate or infringe upon the rights of, any person or entity. Etsy reserves the right to disqualify any Submissions that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with its House Rules. Etsy has the sole discretion to determine whether a blog post qualifies as a Submission. Any attempt to submit more than the stated number of submissions allowed by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void the Sub mission and that affiliate account may be disqualified.
