The revised Terms & Conditions fall under the Discount Code sections and are as follows,

Affiliates should only use voucher codes published via the Awin interface. Promoting codes that are not listed on the platform may result in commissions being declined or possible suspension from the programme.

Promotion on non-existing codes or voucher codes not published via the platform is strictly forbidden and the commission will be declined.

Cashback is not available alongside a Discount Code.  Cashback publishers will not be awarded commission if a Discount Code was redeemed within the customer's purchase.

Affiliates must adhere to the IAB guidelines by making sure that you only offer voucher codes that are valid and true.

As of Monday 1^st July Railcard will begin reducing the CPA on the Two Together Railcard.  The decrease in commission will be staggered allowing publishers time to phase out the Two Together product on site.

The schedule for the progressive CPA reduction is as follows:

29th July – 2% CPA
5th August – 0% CPA

Joules are keen to remain competitive in an ever-evolving marketing channel. With this in mind we will be moving towards a commission structure that is attractive to potential new customers while still rewarding the loyalty of existing shoppers with an appealing rate.

We hereby give notice that as of July 1^st, 2019 we will be permanently changing our commission rates to 3% for existing customers and 6% for new customers – this will be applicable to all publishers currently on the Joules program. Please ensure you have updated the rates you display onsite for Joules accordingly (if applicable).

In order to ensure shoppers are fully aware of these fantastic new rates we will specifically be looking to book exposure that is targeted towards shoppers who have never purchased from Joules – if you are able to facilitate this please get in touch.

Please see below an update in regards to Iceland’s BAU new customer codes.

From 1^st of July 2019 the £5 off £40 new customer code will be the only BAU code running (on-going) and the £8 off £50 new customer code will discontinue as a BAU promotion (ending 23:59, 30^th June 2019).

From the 1^st of July onwards, the £8 off £50 will be incorporated as an exclusive code, used on rotation.
