ATG Tickets - Matilda - New Dates Added

ATG Tickets are pleased to announce two additional dates for the Royal Shakespeare Company's multi award-winning production of Matilda The Musical. 

Matilda The Musical will play The Edinburgh Playhouse from the 2nd - 27th April 2019, along with the Bristol Hippodrome from the 7th May - 9th June 2019.  

Inspired by the incomparable Roald Dahl’s beloved book, Matilda The Musical was commissioned by the Royal Shakespeare Company and premiered at the RSC’s Stratford-upon-Avon home in November 2010, before transferring to London’s West End in October 2011, where it opened to rave reviews.

With book by Dennis Kelly and original songs by Tim Minchin, Matilda The Musical is the story of an extraordinary little girl who, armed with a vivid imagination and a sharp mind, dares to take a stand and change her own destiny.

Winner of over 85 international awards, including 16 for Best Musical, Matilda The Musical continues to delight audiences in London and on tour across the UK and Ireland.

Matilda The Musical has now been seen by more than 7.7 million people worldwide, having played in over 60 cities with more than 5500 performances in the West End, on Broadway, across North America and in Australia and New Zealand.
