This is one of the finest Pouilly-Fuissés I remember tasting. It is the purity and depth that just bowls me over. The youthful colour, greeny gold (almost Grand Cru Chablis like), the nose is a little closed but quite zesty, minerally - no new oak. Intense, lovely focused creamy mouthfeel, good acidity - full of life. The finish is balanced and long. Fabulous!
Chablis Cuvee Prestige, Domaine Chevallier
